iPatches extend the iHeRQles system with targeted bioenergetic frequency support. Each easy-to-use patch is designed around a specific wellness focus, allowing you to personalize support for areas such as energy, sleep, stress, mental clarity, digestion, mobility, vitality, hormonal balance, and more. Simply choose the patch that aligns with the support you're looking for. Place a patch on the upper left side of your body for 3-5 days then replace with a new patch.
